Rouladen Beef & Swiss Cheese
For a super quick meal that is tender and extremely tasty, try marinating Rouladen beef in your favourite BBQ sauce, along with flattened garlic cloves (I used 4) and chunky cut onions for at least 4 hours… or over night. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Heat skillet, then add butter to cover bottom, I used a Lodge griddle. First sautee the garlic, onions and sliced mushrooms, remove from skillet. Add more butter. Make sure griddle is hot. Add beef. Cook on side.. just takes a minute or two, flip over, add swiss cheese. Remove from skillet to toasted bun with lettuce, mayo, and sliced pickles or what ever you prefer. Add the sauteed vegetables and meat, and enjoy!
