Honey Garlic Chicken

I sliced two chicken breasts to make them thinner, covered both sides with flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Added butter and olive oil to preheated skillet. Added Chicken.
Brown both sides.
Mix together honey, soy sauce, a couple tablespoons minced ginger and sesame oil. Measure to taste. I found this sauce very thin, you could thicken it to taste.
Pour over chicken, move to one side of skillet, add chopped kale or any greens you like till just done. They pick up the sauce from the chicken.
Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds.

For the smashed potatoes, I boiled small whole potatoes, until done. Remove, drain.
Put in CI skillet, smash with a fork, drizzle melted butter and oil oil and any spices you like. Bake at 425 until golden brown. These take longer than the chicken to finish.
