Chicken Donairs ~ My Way

These were very good! The wraps are soft and easy to bite into. The ‘donair’ sauce I used is the following one (without the evaporated milk) I found 2 tbsp of garlic powder to be a bit too much, I’d cut back to 1.5 tbsp next time. It’s supposed to keep well in the fridge. Make sure you have sliced dill pickles for this sandwich and tomatoes. We didn’t have any but would have finished it off well.

(Recipe I used)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 TBSP garlic power
pinch of salt

Or.. a thinner recipe sauce

1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
4 tbsp white vinegar
