
Homemade Chicken Stock
As I started reading up on this, I realized it wasn’t as tough as I thought it might be. Considering I roast a chicken at least once a week, so I’m buying a whole chicken anyway… why toss out the unused parts? With further research, ideas started coming to me. If I have a whole chicken and carve it up into chicken pieces, I’d have the wings, and back for stock. If I deboned the leg/thigh piece, I could add those bones to the stock pot! With the freshly boned leg/thigh, I will make a copycat Popeyes Chicken Sandwich! With the bone in, skin on chicken breast, I can make….
