Pepperoni Pizza
This is the same recipe for crust and pizza toppings for Baxcana’s Supreme, but this time I layered it differently! I hardly had any cheese and discovered I really didn’t need 16 tons of cheese on a pizza. I made due with what I had, so this one is missing salami (I REALLY missed that!) and hot yellow peppers.. missed them too. The layers are as follows. Sauce, pizza seasoning, parmesan cheese, a bit of mozzarella cheese, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, cooked bacon, pepperoni, the rest of the mozzarella cheese, another layer of pepperoni and pizza seasoning, a sprinkle more of parmesan. 20 minutes at 450.
