Roasted Veggies & Sausage

Carrots, sweet onions, green pepper tossed in a mixture of extra virgin olive oil, honey (I used maple syrup), balsamic vinegar, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, garlic powder.

Put veggies on cast iron grill, top with farmers sausage.

Into the oven at 425 degrees for about 35 minutes. Just until fork tender.

Served with homemade french fries… YUM!
