Sweet & Sour Chicken
White chicken, raw and cubed.
garlic powder
onion power
1 sweet onion
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soya sauce
1 can (14 oz / 398 mL) pineapple chunks, undrained plus extra pineapple juice.
1/2 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing (I used an entire small bottle of Russian salad dressing)
Combine all ingredients except for the cornstarch, add that at the end by taking 1/2 hot liquid and mixing in the corn starch. Make sure there are no lumps. Add back to chicken mixture, let it thicken, serve over rice.
