Graham’s Flat Iron Steak
Oh boy… this looks good. Wish you lived closer so you could BBQ for us all summer long.
For the marinade, use red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and Montreal steak spice. Leave in in the fridge, the longer the better!
BBQ for 15 min on high heat.
I flip it four times in different directions to make the cross thatch burn. You should try them tho they are good!
According to Graham…. “It Is almost like filet mignon. A 4 pack is $60 at Costco and 1 steak is enough to feed 3 of us supper and 2 of us for lunch with leftovers. “
