Maple Sugar & Cream Pie
Greg and I both looked at it when it came out of the oven and said, ‘it looks interesting!’ and it is!
Next time I will not fully cook the pie crust as it has to bake for a further 45 minutes, and I will cut down on the cinnamon as I think it was a bit over powering. Surprisingly, this pie is NOT sweet. I’d make it again. AND it’s so easy and fast to make!!
