
Smoked Chicken Lasagna
Smoked Chicken Breast (torn in large pieces) and crumbled bacon, simmered for an hour in spaghetti sauce. I used one jar of Alfredo and one jar of a red spaghetti sauce. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, milk to thin it out a bit, and some finely chopped hot peppers. I used no cook lasagna noodles, had to break some to fit in the 12″ skillet. Added red spaghetti sauce over noodles, then shredded mozzarella cheese, then add the chicken mixture. Another row of noodles, cheese, chicken mixture. Cover all with more cheese. Bake for 1 hour at 350. In the last 15 minutes I melted butter, added Panko breadcrumbs, and put on top of cheese until golden brown.
