Blueberry Tarts

This is beyond easy!!

Make 22 frozen tart shells…

2 cups blueberries
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice.

Mix together. Set aside.
Put a bit of blueberry jam in the bottom of each tart shell. Add blueberry mixture.. not too many!! Then a dollop of butter. Bake 375 for 30  minutes or until the crust is brown. Cool completely. Fridge is best, then serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
