Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breasts

How easy is this???

Next time I  won’t use thick bacon, I had to cook it more after the fact, or you could precook it a bit too… that’s a better idea.

Slice the chicken in half. Salt and pepper both sides. Stuff it with cream cheese and a slice of swiss cheese. I used ‘The Keg’ seasoning on top.

Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes in a cast iron frying pan. I used my 12″ Lodge here. You’re gonna love it!!
